FAQ/Shipping

- P R E - O R D E R  D E T A I L S : (May 2024)

+ All current items for pre-order will be available to purchase until May 15th, 2024. After that, all items will be listed as sold out and are unlikely to be available for sale again.

+ These are the estimated dates for the pre-order items to arrive for processing and shipping:

- Persona 4 art print, sticker pack, photo card: June 15th

- Persona 4 CD keychain, chibi variants: June 15th, except June 25th for sploon key.

- Persona 4 standees, Love-a-riddle set: July 11th

+ After I receive all items in your order, I will pack and ship them within 2 - 3 weeks.

- S H I P P I N G :

- Tracking:

 + All orders will be shipped from Vietnam using a logistics service that delivers packages to warehouses. Once the packages arrive at their respective warehouses, they will be sent out for local delivery, making it easier and more accurate to track them (/▽＼)

+ When the tracking number is updated, it may take up to 10 days for any status to appear because your package is being transported to warehouses.

-  Estimated arrival: 2 weeks - 2 months

+ Shipping delays, especially customs, may cause packages to take up to 2 months to arrive, otherwise typically it takes 2 - 3 weeks (❁´◡`❁)

+ If your package still hasn't arrived in about 3 months, please use the contact form or DM me on Instagram and Twitter(X)

- R E F U N D/ C A N C E L L A T I O N/ L O S T  P A C K A G E S :

+ All cancellations for changes of mind reasons must be made after 24 hours of purchase. 

+ If your shipped package is returned to me, you can have it re-shipped ( please contact me about the re-shipping fees).

+ If your package is damaged or lost ( has not arrived for more than 3 months/ did not return to me), please use the contact form or DM me on Instagram and Twitter(X).
